Sharni Vison, a native of Australia and a actor and dancer was born on 22 July 1983 in Sydney Australia. Her debut as an actor came in 201 when she was asked to appear in the Australian Soap soap opera Home and Away where she was a minor character in two episodes of the series. The small part she played the acting of her was so good that the casting director wanted to have her play every role. The actress did however attempt to audition however she was not chosen instead in the same show she got to play the role of Cassie Turner, who is the troubled teenage girl who was placed in foster care.
