Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also is a coach and trainer. Annie is the first woman to take home at the CrossFit Games twice. In both 2010, and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion as well as a media star. Her fame has been built on being the first woman to ever win two CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. Winner in The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie was brought up with her family living in Reykjavik Iceland. Being an avid sportsman and exercising enthusiast since an early age, she took part in a variety of school sports and was awarded numerous medals. The first time she participated was time in 2009 in CrossFit Games held in California, where she did extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir will be 31 by 2021. She's 5'7" tall, and weighs around 67 pounds. Annie began CrossFit classes in California at the age of 2009. She had a good performance at her very first games. She placed among the top 10 in 70 competitors. But she did not win a championship and concluded with a 11th-place finish in the event. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Annie placed 2nd at CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's guidance. In her second year that she competed again in CrossFit Games. Due to her outstanding performance, she became the first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie also won the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and became the first woman athlete who won two CrossFit Games consecutively. Besides this in 2014 she took home a silver award and recently in 2021 won the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a trainer and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she created.
